How fast can you actually be here?+
Most water heater calls in St. George, Hurricane, and Cedar City get a same-day visit, often within about 90 minutes. Colorado City and Hildale are typically same-day as well.
Should I switch from a tank to a tankless?+
Sometimes — but not always. Tankless makes sense if you have high simultaneous demand, your gas line and venting can support it, and you plan to stay in the home long enough for the math to work. We'll tell you straight.
Why does my hot water smell or look rusty?+
Usually a failing anode rod, a corroded tank, or sediment buildup from hard water. We can diagnose which on-site.
Do you handle the permit?+
Yes. For replacements that require one — most cities in our service area — we pull and close the permit, including the inspection.
