How do I know the problem is the sewer main and not just one drain?+
When several fixtures back up at once — or the lowest drain in the house (often a basement or floor drain) overflows when you run water elsewhere — the main line is the likely culprit. A camera inspection confirms it.
What is trenchless sewer repair?+
It's repairing or relining a sewer line with little or no digging, instead of excavating the whole run. It's not possible in every situation, but where the layout supports it, it saves your yard, driveway, and a lot of restoration cost. We'll tell you honestly whether it's an option for your line.
Why do roots keep getting into my sewer line?+
Roots are drawn to the moisture and nutrients in sewer lines and enter through small cracks or joints — especially in older clay or cast-iron pipe common in the region's established neighborhoods. Hydro-jetting clears them; a camera tells us whether the entry point needs a repair.
Do you inspect with a camera before quoting big work?+
Always, for main-line work. We don't quote a dig or a trenchless job off a guess — we see the problem first so you're paying for the fix you actually need.
