What we work on

Whole-Home

PEX Repiping

Flexible, freeze-tolerant, and cost-effective — PEX is the right choice for most homes in our climate.

Copper Repiping

When you want copper, we do it right — clean runs, proper support, and tidy terminations.

Galvanized & Old-Line Replacement

Aging galvanized and corroded lines common in older Downtown homes — replaced before they fail on you.

Whole-House in a Day

Most repipes are completed in a single day, with drywall access points kept small and documented.

There comes a point where patching the same plumbing again and again stops making financial sense — and a repipe just ends the problem. It’s the right move for homes with failing galvanized lines, repeated pinhole leaks, rusty water, or pressure that never quite recovers. We do PEX and copper, plan the wall access to be as small as possible, and finish most homes in a single day — anywhere across Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip, from St. George and Hurricane up to Cedar City. You get clean runs, proper support, and an honest recommendation on whether you actually need the whole house done or just a problem section.

FAQ

What People
Ask First.

How do I know if I need a repipe instead of a repair?+

Repeated pinhole leaks, rusty or discolored water, chronically low pressure, and visibly corroded galvanized lines are the usual signs. If you're repairing the same plumbing over and over, a repipe often costs less in the long run.

PEX or copper — which should I choose?+

PEX is flexible, handles freezing better, and costs less, which makes it the right call for most homes here. Copper is more traditional and longer-proven. We'll explain the trade-offs and do whichever you prefer.

Will a repipe destroy my walls?+

No. We plan the access points to be as small and few as possible, document where they are, and keep the work tidy. Most homes are done in a day, and drywall patching is straightforward afterward.

Do you repipe homes across Southern Utah?+

Yes — we repipe throughout Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip, including St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, Cedar City, and Colorado City. PEX's freeze tolerance is a real advantage in the colder, higher-elevation communities.
