What we work on

Radiant Floor

New Radiant Installs

Hydronic in-floor heat for new builds, additions, basements, garages, and shops — PEX layout, manifolds, and tie-in to your heat source.

Manifold & Zone Repair

Cold zones, failed actuators, stuck valves, and balancing. We get individual loops heating evenly again.

Leak Diagnosis & Repair

A drop in pressure or a wet spot in the slab? We pinpoint the loop and fix it without tearing up more floor than we have to.

Service & Maintenance

System flushes, glycol top-offs, pressure checks, and seasonal startups to keep the whole loop running clean.

Radiant in-floor heat is one of the most comfortable ways to warm a home — no cold spots, no blowing air, just an evenly warm floor. When it works, you forget it’s there. When it doesn’t, it’s usually one zone gone cold, a manifold that needs attention, or a quiet pressure drop somewhere in a loop.

We install hydronic radiant systems for new builds, additions, basements, garages, and shops, and we service and repair existing ones across Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. On a repair, we find the actual cause before we recommend anything — and we’ll always tell you honestly whether radiant is the right call for your space, or whether your money is better spent somewhere else.

How the call goes

Start to Finish.

  1. 01

    You call. We pick up.

Tell us what's going on — a new project, a cold zone, a pressure drop, or a system that won't fire up for the season.

  2. 02

We look at the whole loop.

Heat source, manifold, zones, and floor layout. On a repair we find the actual cause before we recommend anything.

  3. 03

    You get the honest call.

Whether radiant is right for your space, or whether a repair beats a redo. We'll tell you what we'd do in our own home.

  4. 04

We do the work and verify.

We bring the system up, balance the zones, and confirm the floor is heating evenly before we leave.

FAQ

What People
Ask First.

What kind of radiant floor heating do you work on?+

Hydronic systems — the kind that run warm water through PEX loops under the floor, tied to a boiler or water heater. We handle new installs, manifold and zone repairs, leak diagnosis, and seasonal service.

One room is cold and the rest is fine. What's wrong?+

Usually a single loop or zone — a stuck actuator, an air-locked line, a closed balancing valve, or a failed thermostat or pump. We isolate the zone, find the cause, and get it heating evenly with the rest of the floor.

Can you find a leak in a radiant slab without tearing up the whole floor?+

In most cases, yes. A pressure drop in a loop tells us which line is leaking, and we narrow it down before opening anything — so we fix the spot that's actually failing, not the whole floor.

Is radiant floor heating worth it here?+

Sometimes — it shines in basements, additions, shops, and tile-floor rooms, and it heats evenly with no blowing air. But it's not the right answer for every space or budget. We'll give you the straight trade-offs before you commit.
