View serviceParowan — the “Mother Town of Southern Utah” — is one of the region’s oldest settlements, full of historic homes and sitting at an elevation that brings long, genuinely cold winters. As the gateway up SR-143 to Brian Head, it also sees plenty of seasonal cabins. That combination keeps us busy with frozen-pipe repairs, aging-line work in older homes, and the hard-water heater service the whole county shares. We run up from Cedar City regularly and come prepared for the cold.
Parowan
Questions.
Do you handle frozen pipes and cabins up toward Brian Head?+
Yes. Parowan and the road up to Brian Head get genuinely cold, and frozen, burst pipes — including in seasonal cabins — are common. We repair the break and help prevent the next one.
Do you work on Parowan's older historic homes?+
We do, and they're some of our favorite jobs. Historic homes sometimes carry aging or original lines; we repair them or repipe when it makes more sense than patching.
